We managed to raise £191.00! for the Breakthrough Breast Cancer charity, not  bad for a 1/2hr Tai Chi lesson.

Breakthrough Breast Cancer is a pioneering charity dedicated to the prevention, treatment and ultimate eradication of breast cancer. They fight on three fronts: research, campaigning and education. Their aim is to bring together the best minds and rally the support of all those whose lives have been, or may one day be, affected by the disease.

The result will save lives and change futures – by removing the fear of breast cancer for good.

We will not know the results of the world record attempt for a while

Once Andy gets all the sign-up sheets and photo’s in he will send them off to the assessors. The Guinness book of records do have a fast-track process but they charge for this. As we are doing this for charity, we won’t be using this service so he will be submitting our attempt through the normal channels which takes up to 6 weeks.

We hope to have the result by September 17^th.
